Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to more than 100 countries around the world. You can get an estimate of the shipping costs for international purchases by adding puzzles to your basket on the Cloudberries website – just enter your country and region and then click ‘estimate shipping’. Buying several puzzles at once can work out cheaper than ordering one at a time. We always use a tracked, end-to-end service. NB: Duties and/or charges may be applied by local customs officials; on orders to the EU we will cover these charges. Otherwise, customs charges and duties are payable by the customer.
How long will my puzzle(s) take to arrive?
We always dispatch orders as quickly as we can using tracked, recorded delivery (where available). Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the time of year, but are usually as follows:
UK (1–2 working days, depending on the service you choose)
Europe: (3–5 working days)
USA & Canada: (1–7 working days, depending on the service you choose)
Rest of World: (7–10 working days)
If you have not received your order after the relevant amount of time, please check the ‘Orders’ page within your account page on cloudberries.co.uk, or contact us for tracking information.
My puzzle has a missing/broken piece. Help!
We hate missing and broken pieces as much as you do, and we know how important it is to get that replacement piece when you need it. The good news is, our missing pieces policy has you covered. There are two different options, depending on where you got your puzzle.
1) If you bought your puzzle directly from Cloudberries.co.uk, our Etsy shop, or our *own* store on any Amazon marketplace (ie, not from a third party seller), please email us directly and we’ll get a free bag of replacement pieces sent to you as soon as we can.
Here’s what we need:
– The name of the puzzle
– Your order number and receipt
– The place you bought it from
– The barcode from the side of the box
– Your name and address for the new pieces to be sent to
Please send the above information to hello[at]cloudberries.co.uk. Note: we cannot replace individual pieces as each batch of puzzles is cut separately.
2) If you bought your puzzle from a retailer outside the UK, please contact the retailer directly for a replacement puzzle. We are unable to ship pieces internationally unless the puzzle was purchased from us directly.
