How does the subscription work?
It’s really simple! Sign up for a set amount of time and we’ll send you (or your friend) a new Cloudberries puzzle every month, for the duration of your subscription.
Is there a contract or anything?
There is never any contract and you will only be charged a single fee for the entire subscription during the checkout phase, with no hidden extras or recurring charges.
What are the benefits of choosing a subscription?

When are the puzzles shipped?
Once you’re signed up, we’ll send you a new puzzle towards the end of each calendar month, for as long as your subscription remains active. We always ship with a fast, tracked service, so you should receive your puzzle a couple of days later at most. In December, we will ship the puzzles a little earlier to ensure they arrive before Christmas.
I already have some Cloudberries puzzles. How can I be sure I won’t get duplicates?
Whether you sign up for yourself, or are gifted one of our puzzle subscriptions, you’ll receive a confirmation email from our team. All you need to do is hit reply and let our team know which puzzles not to send, and they will work out the rest!
Is UK shipping included?
Yes, we will cover the domestic shipping charges for all puzzles sent out during your subscription.
Can you ship internationally?
At the moment, we can only deliver subscription puzzles to UK addresses. Watch this space for updates!
