Full disclosure we haven’t started this puzzle yet but … my review is based on the excellent customer service Cloudberries offered when I accidentally muddled up the details of my order. Long story short I didn’t receive my first order (my fault) and Cloudberries dispatched a replacement puzzle free of charge and as a rush job so a birthday gift was delivered on time.
