I bought this bundle a few years ago and noticed that the Flowers puzzle was missing 5 pieces. It’s no big deal to me. But when I redid the puzzle and posted it on Instagram noting the pieces, the Cloudberries account commented to send them an email.
Imagine my surprise when I received a large box instead of a small package all the way from the UK (to Canada!). They replaced my puzzle with a brand new one AND my other puzzle (Brunch, also recommended) that was only missing one piece!! For FREE!
